We offer a variety of EDDM postcard sizes that are the appropriate weight and size and are ready for you to custom design and print online. After your order is placed the postcards will be delivered to you and all you have to do is purchase EDDM postage online at USPS and then drop them off at your local post office.
Printing times are close approximations and not guaranteed as there are exceptions for file issues or quality checks, but most of the time you can count on the following schedule. All orders submitted by 8am E.S.T. will be processed based on the turnaround time you choose during checkout and it will include that day as one of the business days. All orders processed after 8am E.S.T. will begin counting business days on the following business day.
2 to 4 business days means that we will make every attempt to complete the printing of your order no later that the 4th business day.
Next business day processing means that we should complete the printing of your product on the next business day if submitted before 8am EST on that day.
Same business day processing(if available) means that we should complete the printing of your product on that same business day if submitted before 8am EST on that day.
If your order is completed before 7pm on the completion day it will make it on the truck to ship that day, otherwise it will ship on the following day. Email support@1800businesscards.com if you need a more accurate delivery date.
For a close approximation of your delivery date please combine printing turnaround with total shipping time. Ground shipping is approx. 3 business days or less depending on your state.

How to Get Started
To get started you can choose our browse designs option and customize online any of our design templates. All the designs are fully editable and if you have any trouble in the design studio or need something customized that can't be done in the studio just contact us and let us know how we can help.
We also offer the upload your own design option if you have your own design tools or a graphic designer. No matter what option you choose we will manually check your order to ensure it is ready for printing and looks great.
How the EDDM Process Works
All the sizes we offer fall under the same shipping cost. You can create an account and pay your postage online at USPS By Clicking Here and then drop your postcards off bundled in 50 or 100 stacks, they recommend each stack to be approximately one inch thick or less. Every bundle must have a facing slip with the piece count per bundle. With odd number mailings, such as a 426 count mailing, you might have eight bundles of 50 and one 26 count bundle. You can use a rubber band or string at home, or shrink wrap which is an option we offer during checkout.
Your postcard design MUST include the proper indicia on one side in the upper right of the address area side. An example of the most common one for the standard mix of residential and business customer addresses is the retail indicia. If you want a more targeted approach such as only businesses have a look at the other indicia available in the USPS guide. Many of our templates already have the standard retail EDDM indicia on the back for your convenience or the images are available in our design studio.

The one other option for postage if you plan to do this regularly is by establishing a USPS account with an EDDM permit. The small difference with that is the way you set up the indicia as you have to add your permit number and additional customer info.
